5. Update performances & progress of resources & projects with the project management tools.

7. Be in touch with the mentors - they are there to solve your problems or challenges whenever something is going good or bad.
8. Be on the ground to understand and keep track of the project deliverables in order to meet the set goals in time.
9. Be a risk-taker - project management is not for the light-hearted, after all. Implement risk management wherever and whenever necessary to minimise potential risks.
10. Befriend spreadsheets, PPTs, and documents - maintenance of them will keep your projects running smoothly.
11. You don’t a management degree to be a Project Manager - just bring your graduation qualifications - could be in any field.

Requirements & Skills

1. 1-2 years of experience as a project/program manager in a software development company.
2. Experience in managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
3. Experience in agile or other project management methodologies.
4. Highly organised, proactive and multi-tasking skills
5. Skilled in both written and verbal communication.
6. Ability to operate in a very fast-paced, constantly changing and evolving environment.
7. Above all, the candidate must have an outstanding work ethic, should be results-driven and have a strong passion to contribute to the company's vision and mission.
